The PEI Mutual team is pleased to announce their move to the new office building at 116 Walker Avenue, Summerside.

Our office at 201 Water Street will be closed to the public on:

• Friday, June 19th and
• Monday, June 22nd

Our phone lines will remain open on these days to maintain our service commitment to our policyholders.

On Tuesday, June 23rd we will open for business at our new location at 116 Walker Avenue.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Prince Edward Island Mutual Insurance Company will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion building, 340 Notre Dame Street, Summerside, P.E.I. on the 14th day of April, 2015, at 2:00 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the financial statement and the auditors report for 2014; to elect directors; to appoint auditors; to amend bylaw 9(9) to allow the President to complete a one year appointment; and to transact other business which may properly be brought before the meeting.
