We are looking for 2 new Service Agents to join our team, serving the area identified in the map.

Our Agents are an important part of the organization's success, and often serve as the face of PEI Mutual in our Island communities.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Agency Manager and serving as a member of our Service Agent team, this position offers an opportunity to enhance our member/policyholder service and sales focus.
- Provide a high level of personalized service to fit our members' needs
- Proactively manage new and existing member coverage
- Build trusting relationships with our members, staff, and community stakeholders
- Visit members' properties and conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure offerings are up to date
- Maintain and submit accurate and timely reports
- Monitor market trends to make adjustments when needed

- Positive ambitious attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a broad knowledge of Prince Edward Island, its people, and industries
- Committed to continuous insurance education and development opportunities
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- A self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, schedule, and promptly respond to inquiries
- A demonstrated and well-defined sense of diplomacy and ethics
- Adaptable, and available to serve our members outside of usual working hours

- Possess a valid driver's license

- Experience or knowledge in the Insurance Industry considered an asset
- Will reside in the area assigned and possesses a good knowledge of the area

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on skills and years of experience.
